To anticipate calls from your customers and give them a confirmed information, Alloin systematically notifies you by fax and/or e-mail in total transparency when a delivery unexpected event causes the initially established delivery time to be exceeded.
Because the information is sent overnight, you can act before your customer calls the next morning.
The shipment is given priority treatment. Therefore Alloin commits to deliver to the consignee the very next day (except for scheduled date deliveries).
