Quality is our main focus


Alloin has always considered quality the spearhead of its customer relations policy.
The company and its 2,700 employees are steeped in a rich culture of quality.

Alloin began its quality certification approach in 1994.

In 1997, when it earned ISO 9002 certification for its entire national network, Alloin became the first rapid parcel-delivery network to be completely certified.

In 2003, the company set a new objective for its quality policy: bring the entire network into compliance with the more demanding ISO 9001 version 2000 standard, which is much more customer-focused.

In January 2004, Alloin earned this new certification for all of the agencies in its network, as well as for its chartering activities, through its innovative and effective processes, its culture of quality, and its customer focus. The company developed the means to meet its commitments in terms of deadlines, taking care of packages, and delivery instructions. Complete traceability, safety of merchandise, a system of locating vehicles using RFID technology… these are just some of the concrete actions that now make the company's highly dynamic quality policy.
